Instructions
Setting up your enhanced workflows is straightforward and can be broken down into five simple steps:
Step 1: Select your forms. Choose or build the form that you want to capture employee data on and the form you want to prefill.
Step 2: Create a new workflow. Once your form is ready, drag and drop your Forms steps onto your workflow.
Step 3: Map your fields. Map the fields from your first forms to the subsequent forms in your workflow.
Step 5: Deploy your workflow: Once you're confident in your setup, activate your workflow to start automating your processes.
